Font of choice i used Shruti.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer place on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame. select none I added psp weave effect.

Resize doodle flower i colourized mine paste as new layer

place to bottom left of inside frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top right

of frame drop shaddow use selection tool cut away

overlapping of tube if any.

Resize sunflower paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tied ribbon paste as new layer place to bottom

left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon with tag paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow erase top.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Paste tube as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow use selection tool cut overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame. Resize bow2 paste as new layer place on top bottom of frame drop shaddow, use deformation tool to adjust and fit drop shaddow both bow and frame. Resize flower2 paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow. Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place to bottom of flower drop shaddow rotate duplicate. Resize blush6 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame dropshaddow rotate erase part of pin in the middle duplicate. Add sexy wordart as new layer place to top left of frame i added Eyecandy5 impact gradient glow then a normal drop shaddow. Add name place to bottom left of frame add psp blind effect drop shaddow. Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer place on top

left of flowers drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

place to bottom right of flower.

Resize heart charm1 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Open surf's up wordart use selection tool cut round one

of the fishes edit copy paste on top of heart charm drop shaddow.

Cut surf's up words seperately paste on top of heart charm

drop shaddow duplicate fish image mirror place

to bottom right of heart charm.

Use preset shapes tool make ellipse around frame

add summer fun words adjust and place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly 5 paste as new layer place

to top left of summer word drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url and copywrite.
