Xenofex2 Electrify
Flaming pear flood.
File new 600x650 fill with white new layer
fill with colour of choice i used black and grey
then changed the black to gradient.
Mask new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable.
Add plugin in effect xenofex2 electricity default setting.
Resize frame 2 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5
Resize paper ct-moonlight paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Drop shaddow frame. Resize silver glitter spill2
paste as new layer on top of moon paper
erase parts over the moon so it looks under the moon.
Open tube of choice colour grey scale paste as new layer
place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize moon light2 wordart paste as new layer
place to top of frame drop shaddow.
Resize tag3 paste as new layer place under right bottom
of light wordart drop shaddow.
resize stud1 paste as new layer place above right of tag3 drop shaddow.
Resize tag 1 paste as new layer place top slightly
left of stud1 drop shaddow.
Duplicate stud1 image mirror place between tube head and moon wordart.
Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.Resize crop.
Highlight moon paper frame fill use freehand tool
draw round the bottom water part under the moon
effects plugins flaming pear flood set on horizon5. altitude 60
allother settings on default.
Select none edit copy merged paste in animation shop
as new image. back to psp undo select none undo flood
apply flood change only altitude to 80 select none edit copy merged
paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp undo select none undo flood apply flood set on altitude 100
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Change animation properies display speed to 20.
View animation if happy with your tag save as.
I resized my tag before adding flood effect to 500 pixels
you may have to play with the setting for a bigger tag.
