Font of choice i used Kayleigh.

File new 600x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask

merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

rotate 90% left drop shaddow.

Resize frame 1 paste as new layer on top of frame 2

use deformation tool to adjust frame2 show it just shows

behind frame1. Magic wand click in center selections

selections modify exspand by5 new layer fill with white.

Drag below frame resize close up toon paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame change opacity on layer palette to 50.

Drop shaddow your frame1.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower10 paste as new layer place to top

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart pin paste as new layer rotate 90% left

place just below flower10 drop shaddow.

Resize hearts 6 paste as new layer place underneath heart pin

rotate drop shaddow.

Resize flower band paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame 1 drag below main tube drop shaddow

erase parts overlapping at sides.

Add name place to bottom right of frame i added

gradient glow set on 3 to mine drop shaddow.

Resize crop delete background.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Save as PNG.

magic wand click in center of watch and small bit

between the fingers Resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard.

Use your freehand tool draw as close around the clock fingers

as possible edit copy paste as new layer on top of 1st

clock fingers drop shaddow these and the clock.

Resize doodle i colourized my elements to compliment

my tube paste as new layer on top left of mask duplicate

resize image mirror drop shaddow both doodles.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place to

right of clock drop shaddow.

Resize luggage paste as new layer place

bottom left of clock drop shaddow.

Resize box paste as new layer place on top left

of luggage drop shaddow.

Resize hat paste as new layer place on top left

of luggage and box drop shaddow image mirror rotate a little.

Resize boot paste as new layer place to right of box drop shaddow.

Resize letter paste as new layer place to right of boot

drop shaddow rotate add wordart on top of notelet drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly paste as new layer place

to left of clock drop shaddow rotate. duplicate image

mirror place to top right of clock.

Add name place to bottom right of letter drop shaddow.

Resize crop delete background.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Save as PNG.
