File new 650b650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame 3 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in center selections select all selections
modify by3 paste paper of choice as new layer selections invert
delete on keyboard i added psp weave to mine drag below frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place in 1st.frame
drop shaddow delete on keyboard select none.
Open main tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer
place on top of 2nd.frame drop shaddow.
Use selection tool cut overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame.

Resize ribbon 7 paste as new layer place to bottom
of both frames drop shaddow cut away overlapping at sides.
Resize swirl 2 paste as new layer place on top of mask
to top left corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate
image mirror image flip.

Save as PNG.
