File new 650x650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable i added psp weave effect.
Resize bearsinstocking paste as new layer place
on top of mask magic wand click in center selections
modify exspand by2 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame
resize tube of chopice paste as new layer place
in center of frame duplicate drag to top of frame
drop shaddow lign up with bottom tube use
selection tool cut off bottom of tube select none
drop shaddow frame.
Add wordart of choice to each stocking
i used Santa fill my boots light drop shaddow.
Resize bow10 paste as new layer place on on each
boot drop shaddow as you go.
Resize santa bells3 paste as new layer place
to top left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize santa candy cane paste as new layer place
to center right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize santa hollyberry paste as new layer
image flip place to top right corner of frame tag drop shaddow.
Resize ornament2 paste as new layer place
beneath santa bells drop shaddow rotate slightly.
Resize merry Christmas paste as new layer place
on top bottom of boots light drop shaddow.
Add name place on top of frame tag drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete background.
Save as PNG.
