File new 650x650 fill with white.
Resize mesh1 paste as new layer.
Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mesh
magic wand click in center of 1st.frame selections modify
exspand by5 resize and fill with paper2 selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame layer.
Open close up tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer
make larger to fill the frame delete on keyboard select none
change blend mode to soft light. duplicate drag over
and place to right of frame select none.
highlight frame magic wand click in center frame selections
modify exspand by5 resize same paper and fill it
selections invert delete on keyboard.
Open main tube resize paste as new layer in center frame
delete on keyboard select none.
Paste tube again drag above and lign it up with 1st.tube drop shaddow.
leave this for now will come back to it later.
Resize wrap3 paste as new layer place to bottom 1st.frame
on top of tube drop shaddow back to your main center tube
Use your free hand tool set on point to point lower the opacity
on the wrap so you can see what your doing with your
free hand tool draw around the parts of your tube you
do not want showing and cut bring your opacity back to normal
do the same with part of your tube under left side see mine for details.
Resize flower2 paste as new layer place to top left corner
of 1st. frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.
resize flower1 paste as new layer place under but above right
of 1st.flower drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.
Duplicate 1st.flower drag under and to right of 2nd flower at top
left of frame duplicate image mirror.
Resize heart charm1 paste as new layer place under
1st.flower to left top of frame drop shaddow
duplicate image mirror.
Add your name place to bottom right of mesh drop shaddow.
Crop resize add url copywrite and watermark.
If you do not want to animate it delete background
Save as PNG.
Animation...
Highlight your 1st.tube in 1st.frame colours adjust brightness/contrast
change setting to brightness25 contrast5.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp undo brightness and contrast highlight 2nd tube
in right frame colours adjust do the same brightness and contrast
as you did with your other tube edit copy merged
paste in animation shop after current frame.
view animation if happy with your work
Save as.

File new 150x150 resize and fill with same paper you used for tag
Paste tube of choice enlarge so it fills all.
add url copywrite and watermark.
Image add border set on 3 colour red.
Resize 150x150 pixels.
Add 1st.letter of your name place to bottom right avatar drop shaddow.
Save as png.
