File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice.
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize embellie 16 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame add tramages tow the line fillter effect.
Select none drop shaddow frame, click on frame paper fill
use paint brush to fill in white spaces showing of the frame.
Paste tube of choice place to bottom of frame drop shaddow
use selection tool cut away overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.
Resize embellie 34 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
on top of tattoo on the butt of your tube colour in any
of the tattoo showing under the shamrock.
Copy paste embellie13 place to top left of frame
use deformation tool to fit nicely add EC glow set on 1
then light drop shaddow.
Resize embellie6 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
to top right of frame resize embellie19 paste as new layer place
on top right of embellie6 duplicate embellie 6 place under ebellie19
duplicate embellie19 place under embellie6.
Add name using the alphabet in the kit resize to own liking.
Once happy with your placing of name at the bottom of
your frame merge all letter layers visable drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop and resize delete background.
Save as PNG.
