to adjust and fit the two evenly at the center drag 1st half on top of 2nd.

Resize tube paste head and shoulders to left of banner drop shaddow

change blend mode to luminance.

paste wheel as new layer place to right of banner showing

only half drop shaddow.

resize tube paste as new layer on top of wheel drop shaddow.Image mirror.

Resize holes paste as new layer place on top right

of first half of poster drop shaddow.

Merge all layer flatten.

Effects AAAFrames photo frame just change width to2.

Add name place left of banner drop shaddow.

Add url copyrite and watermark.

Save as PNG.

 selections modify exspand by5.

drag below frame. Resize ribbon splatter

paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow.

resize beads2 paste as new layer place to top inside of frame drop shaddow.

Delete on keyboard.

Resize ribbon slider3 paste as new layer place

Resize glitter splatter3 paste as new layer on top of mask

erase a few splats showing too far over frame.

Duplicate image flip place to bottom left corner of frame.

Drop shaddow frame.select none.

Resize wordart3 paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame

Resize guitar pick3 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize all layers ticked.

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise add noise set on 90 mix

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
