Open my template delete credit layer.
Method for filling template layers...
Highlight layer your wanting to fill selections select all
selections float paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard delete original layer.
When filling with just a colour make a new layer before filling.
Highlight background layer new layer fill with colour of colour
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Highlight layer2 selections select all selections float
paste tube of choice drop shaddow selections invert delete on keyboard.
Repeat for layer4 having head of tube just above the frame.
Resize shamrock dangle paste as new layer place
to top right corner of 1st.frame drop shaddow erase small
part to make it look like its going through the frame.
Repeat using shamrock dangle2.place in 2nd frame.
Resize charm1 charm3 and lucky clover paste as new layers
place and arrange around bottom right wordart
add noise on 50 to the lucky clover drop shaddow and the charms too.
Add wordart place on bottom rectangle.
Resize charms and 2 place one at each end of triangle drop shaddow.
Resize florish paste as new layer place to top of frame
drop shaddow duplicate image mirror duplicate image flip
repeat untill you florish all around template.
Resize charm3 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
one in each corner of florish.
Add name place to top center of template add noise on 50. EC glow on1 then drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and waternmark.
Delete background save as PNG.
