File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable add psp weave effect.

Resize gold frame paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selection modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

add psp weave effect drop shddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

in center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize small flower5 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame magic wand click in center new layer

fill with gold drag below flower select none drop shaddow.

Resize lucky clover paste as new layer place

beneath flower 5 drop shaddow.

Resize shamrock dangle paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add name place to bottom of guiness barrel effects

inner bevel set on W4.0.13.0.0.315.32 and 27.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Resize crop delete background layer.

save as PNG.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by5 paste frame fill wordart drag below frame

 selections invert delete on keyboard.

Resize rainbow4 from kit if not using same tube as me.

Paste as new layer delete on keyboard.

Resize ribbon2 paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame drop shaddow use deformation tool

to adjust rotae and fit.delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow frame.

Paste tube of choice place to left bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place

to top center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize dangler2 paste as new layer place to right

side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place on top

of dangler drop shaddow.

Add name place to right bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Resize crop add url copyright and watermark.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp use dipper click on tubes eye shaddow

use paint brush fill the eyes as near to bottom eye lashes

and eye liner on both the eyes.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Edit select all animation frame properties change to 35.

View animation save as.
