File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice

effects texture sculpture effects pattern18.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize wire paste as new layer on top of mask

select all float new layer fill with black delete original layer.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of wire

move to top left of mask magic wand click in center

selections modify exspand by10 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Paste 1st tube of choice place on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize 2nd tube of choice paste as new layer

place to right of 1st.frame resize poster paste as new layer

drag below 2nd.tube use deformation tool to adjust

and fit then erase over lapping around tube drop shaddow tube.

Resize sign paste as new layer place to top and slightly

under tube 2 drop shaddow.

Resize badge1 paste as new layer place to top right

corner of 1st frame drop shaddow.

Resize bottle place to bottom right of 2nd.tube drop shaddow.

Resize hat1 paste as new layer place on top bottom of bottle drop shaddow. 

Resize boots place left under hat drop shaddow.

Resize revolver paste as new layer place on top bottom of hat

rotate and mirror drop shaddow.

Resize bullets paste as new layer place under left of gun drop shaddow.

Resize lasso paste as new layer place on top bottom

of 1st.tube drop shaddow erase parts you don't want showing.

Resize holes paste as new layer place on top right

of 1st.tube duplicate image mirror move so you just

see a couple od holes on the left.

Add name place to bottom right corner of mask drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

delete background layer.

Save as PNG.

merge mask visable add filters unlimited2

special effects bumpy squares then psp weave.

Resize frame paste as new layer magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections inver delete on keyboard drag below frame

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard drop shaddow frame.

Resize wrap paste as new layer place to bottom of frame

drop shaddow use selection tool cut overlapping at sides.

Resize branch paste as new layer place on top and under

frame and wrap drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place to top right

of branch drop shaddow.

Resize sachet paste as new layer place to top left corner

of frame on top of branch drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background save as PNG.

Resize element30 paste as new layer place to top left

of mask change colour to black by highlighting layer select all float

new layer fill with black delete original layer.

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize frame44 paste as new layer magic wand click in center

modify by2 paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

any blank spaces that need filling use clone brush

right click anywhere on paper then left click and fill spaces.

Drag below frame layer.

Paste close up tube of choice drop shaddow

delete on keyboard select none colourize both settings on 0.

Resize horse15 paste as new layer place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Paste main tube of choice as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element8 paste as new layer place to top right of

tube fence drop shaddow duplicate move to top left of fence.

Resize element18 paste as new layer place on top

element8 drop shaddow duplicate move on top left element8.

Resize element7 paste as new layer place to left

of frame just above horse drop shaddow.

Resize element2 paste as new layer place to top left

of fence drop shaddow.

Resize element3 paste as new layer place just below

 right of element 2 drop shaddow.

crop then resize all layers ticked.

Add name place to bottom left of wordart add EC gradient glow set on 1.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
