I used for Puppy love wordart Fiolexgirls.

For my name i used Kayleigh.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize element 39 paste as new layer place towards bottom

of mask magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element1 paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame under tube drop shaddow.

Resize element 46 paste as new layer place to bottom left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element 12 paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add Puppy love wrdart place to right of element 46 drop shaddow.

Open element 19 use freehand tool draw around a red heart

edit copy paste as layer resize if needed drop shaddow place

to top of frame rotate a little to the left duplicate image mirror

place on top of 1st.heart merge these two layers visable.

Duplicate place left side of frame duplicate image mirror.

Duplicate place to right of puppy love wordart.

Add name place right of bottom set of hearts drop shaddow in red.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop resize delete background layer.

Save as PNG.

dsb Flux Bright noise

Font of choice i used DriftType.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Copy and paste frame 5 it should fit just right on your file.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Paste close up tube of choice as a new layer i enlarged my tube

delete on keyboard change blend mode to luminance select none.

Close background layer highlight frame layer.

Magic wand click on all the blank spaces around the frame

selections modify exspand by5 new layer fill with colour of choice.

Drag below frame layer select none duplicate this layer twice

name them 1.2 and 3 close 2 and 3 layers highlight layer1 add noise on 80 mix.

Close layers 1 and 3 highlight layer2 add noise on 90 mix.

Close layers 1 and 2 highlight layer3 add noise on 100 mix.

Copy and paste your main tube place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize doodle2 paste as new layer place to top right

of frame duplicate place down top right of frame.

Duplicate image flip image mirror duplicate image mirror.

Highlight 1st doodle duplicate image flip image mirror.

Resize heartchain1 paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to top left of frame add EC gradient glow set on white ans size3.

Add drop shaddow 2. 2. 50.5.

Add same drop shaddow to frame then change the 2 to _2.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Highlight your noise layer1 with 2 and 3 closed edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp close layer1 open layer2 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

back to psp close layer2 open layer3 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as .
