File new 650x650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice, mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in center selections select all
selections modify exspand by 5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
I added tramages tow the line plugin effect to mine.
resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow
delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize element3 paste as new layer image rotate left 90 dgrees
place on top left of tubes arms duplicate image mirror.
Paste same as above to bottom left corner of frame on top of mask.
Open frame5 paste as new layer on top of frame2
use deformation tool to resize and fit around frame2 drop shaddow.
Resize wordart7 paste as new layer place to top off frame
drop shaddow in red.
Resize element 33 paste as new layer place to top left corner
of frame i colourized mine.
Resize artword5 paste as new layer place to bottom
left corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.
Resize element 35 paste as new layer place on top right
corner of wordart5 drop shaddow.Open element32
choose 2 pills to compliment your tube resize paste as new layer
underneath pill bottle drop shaddow rotate.
Resize element34 paste as new layer place on top bottom
of pill bottle drop shaddow rotate.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow duplicate.
Delete background save as PNG.
