Eyecandy4000 waterdrops filter.

File new 650 x 650 fill with white open mask paste as new layer

place centerof work you can resize it later if need be.

Open cluster frame6 resize paste as new layer

on top center of mask, Freehand tool on point to point

draw around the blank frames selections modify exspand by2

new layer fill with colour from tube select none drag below frame.

resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of cluster heavy drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top of mask.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop resize 650 x 650 pixels width.

Highlight your frame fill effects eyecandy4000 water drops on default.

Edit copy merged in animation shop as new image

Back to psp undo waterdrops add waterdrops hit random once

Edit copy paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat again just once hitting random seed once.

Copy and paste in animation shop after current frame.

Edit select all animation frame properties change to 30.

Back to psp add name place to bottom right of tube

Give it a drop shaddow with colour from your tube.

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of your tag

edit select all edit paste in selected frame place bottom right of tube.

View animation save as.

File new 650 x 250. Fill with colour from tube.

New layer paste tube center of template effects

Funhouse twister set on 47. 

Preset shapes triangle width10 use a colour from your tube

draw thin triangle across template effect inner bevel of choice

duplicate several time dragging each one down template

as you go to half way merge visable duplicate image flip

You may have to adjust so they all have same space between.

Merge these two layers visable.

Paste tube of choice in center of template duplicate

on original tube add gussian blur set on 5.

On top tube add heavy drop shaddow duplicate.

Highlight bottom background layer select all

modify contrast by5 invert new layer drag to top

fill with another colour from your tube add noise set on 100.select none.

Drop shaddow in another colour from tube set on 2.2.50.5

then -2 -2 50 5.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Highlight your triangle layer magic wand click on each line

Effects add noise set on 80 select none edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp undo select none undo noise add noise set on 90.

edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat one more time adding noise again set on 100.

Copy merged in animation after current frame.

Back to psp add name rotate place down right side of template

Add noise set on 80 drop shaddow edit copy

paste in animation shop as new image back to psp

undo drop shaddow ondo noise add noise set on 90

copy paste in animation shop after current frame

repeat one more time adding noise set on 100 copy

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of your banner

edit select all edit paste in selected frame place down right of banner.

View animation save as.

Aviator...

Psp file new 150 x 150.

Repeat all you did for your banner leaving the triangles.

And resizing before pasting all on your template.

Merge all layers visable when done copy in animation shop as new image

duplicate twice. Back in psp add name  make it smaller add noise as you

did for banner placing it on Aviator as you did with banner.

View animation save as.
