File new 650 x 650 fill with white new layer
fill with colour of choice mask new select and apply mask
merge mask visable i added tramages tow the line effect to mine.
Resize frame 2 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in center modify exspand by5
fill with colour of choice drag below frame.
Paste as new layer close up tube of choice
invert delete on keyboard change blend mode to lumionance.
Drop shaddow frame.
Open diamand copy paste one at a time on top of center
flower on every other one name this diamand1 layer.
Repeat but placing in empty flowers name this layer diamand2.
Paste as new layer main tube of choice place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart5 paste as new layer image mirror place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom right of tube drop shaddow.
Animation...
Highlight diamand layer 1 copy merged paste into animation shop
as new image back to psp highlight diamand layer2
copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save as.
