File new 650 by 650 fill with white.

New layer fill paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I added psp blinda effects on 5. 100 both directions.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Paste close up tube of choice as new layer delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow frame.

Change blend mode on tube to screen.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place on top bottom left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly vine paste as new layer place

on top right of mask drop shaddow.

Resize branch1 paste as new layer place on top right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly on vine paste as new layer place

on top of branch1 image rotate drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place top left of branch1

move on top of mask drop shaddow duplicate

drag to top place left of other flower.

Resize letter paste as new image rotate place right of bow

drop shaddow add Welcome wordart on top of letter.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

add url copyright and watermark.

delete background save as PNG.

If you use the same tube as mine then open it up in psp

Close background and credit layers merge visable resize.

Highlight triangle selections select all paste merged layers

 invert delete on keyboard duplicate.

open main tube resize paste as new layer on top of tube

on merge layers drop shaddow duplicate.

Add name place down left side of template add inner bevel

settings Width 5 from top to bottom... 0.18.0.0. colour white

angle 315. Intesity 50 Elevation 30.

Drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip place

down right side of template.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Resize if needed.

Highlight thin strips layer add psp noise set on 80 random

edit copy paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp undo noise add noise set on 90 edit copy

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise add noise set on 100 edit copy

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.

right arm opf tube drop shaddow erase small part to make

it look like its hanging on her elbow.

Resize banner paste as new layer place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize diamond string paste as new layer place to left

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize fluffy hearts paste as new layer place

on top of diamond string drop shaddow.

Resize fireworks paste as new layer place above backgrouns layer

duplicate image mirror.

Resize firework 2 paste as new layer place top left of frame

above fireworks duplicate image mirror duplicate image flip

duplicate image mirror duplicate place to left center duplicate

place right center.

Add name place to bottom of frame duplicate select all

modify exspand by1 new layer fill with white drag below

original drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background save as PNG.
