File new 700x700 resize later fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5.

Resize paper of choice paste as new layer invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Copy and paste close up tube of choice paste as new layer

delete on keyboard change blend mode to luminance select none.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place to left of frame

duplicate on original gussian blur set on 5 top tube drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize fan2 paste as new layer place to left bottom of frame

under frame drop shaddow.

resize flower4 colourize if you want to paste as new layer

place on top bottom of fan1 drop shaddow.

Duplicate image mirror place under right leg duplicate twice more

place on top bottom of tube between the two side flowers.

Resize butterfly1 paste as new layer place

on top second center flower drop shaddow. 

Resize krystal pendent paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650x650 delete background save as PNG.

Resize frame18 paste as new layer on top center of mask

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5

Resize paper14 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer,

Paste close up tube of choice as new layer on top of paper fill

 delete on keyboard drop shaddow frame select none.

Resize frame25 paste as new layer place bottom right

of frame rotate.Magic wand click in all 3 frames modify exspand by5

new layer fill with colour of choice i used black and grey then made a gradient

 invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer

one in each of the frames delete on keyboard select none.

Change blend mode on all these tubes to soft light.

Back to your main tube udo image mirror paste as new layer

place to bottom left of main frame and on top of strip frame.

Duplicate on original gussian blur set on 3 on coppied tube

drop shaddow then duplicate.

Resize element paste as new layer place to bottom right

of strip frame rotate drop shaddow add my wordart.

Resize element37 paste as new layer place to top right of frame

drop shaddow.Open element24 colourize both set on zero

resize paste as new layer place on top bottom left of frame drop shaddow

duplicate image mirror image flip duplicate image mirror image flip

move just above 1st stars resize name these layers 1.2 and 3.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to right of tubes feet add gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650x650.

Highlight layer1 add noise set on100 mix copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo noise highlight layer2 add noise same settings

copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat again from undoing noise and adding noise on layer3.

View animation save as.
