File new 650x250. Fill with paper of choice.

Selections select all float.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of template drop shaddow.

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Duplicate image mirror change blend mode to luminance.

Resize horse image mirror paste as new layer place

to left of template drag under tube drop shaddow.

Open my wordart paste as new layer place

to top of template between horse and right tube.

Resize horseshoe2 paste as new layer place

underneath wordart drop shaddow rotate slightly

add small black dot useing paint brush to make a nail.

Highlight paper background layer select all float defloat

modify contract by 4 invert new layer fill with colour of choice

drag above right tube leave under left tube.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom of template add EC

gradient glow white size1.00.drop shaddow.

Save as PNG.

Aviatar...

File new 150x150.

Work as you did with your banner but resize as you go along.

Drag border on top of tube.

Add 1st. letter of name place to bottom right.

Save as PNG.

New layer fill with grey paper of choice effects

Muras meisters clouds choose light and dark grey apply

Mask new from image select and apply starry night mask

merge mask visable cut or erase bottom half of this mask.

new layer fill with light grey paper of choice effects

texture sculpture select cement effect apply

mask new from image select and apply mask133

merge mask visable, cut or erase top half of this mask.

merge both these 2 mask layers visable.

Resize element4 select all float new layer fill with med grey colour

select none delete original layer copy paste as new layer

on top of top mask drop shaddow.

Resize element 1 paste as new layer place just below

  center of both masks drop shaddow.

resize element 3 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

behind corner of tall building .

Resize element39 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to bottom right of bottom mask.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top left of building duplicate on original gussian blur 5

drop shaddow top tube and duplicate.

resize element40 colourize to compliment your tube

paste as new layer place to left front wheel of car rotate drop shaddow.

resize element 26 colourize drop shaddow paste as new layer

place to right bottom of tube.

Resize element27 colourize paste as new layer place

on top right of element 26 drop shaddow duplicate place

on top right of element 26.

Open my wordart paste as new layer place to top right above building.

add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom center of car wheels drop shaddow.

merge all layers flatten.

Copy paste as new image twice.

Open animation shop open tiny star file export frames to picture tube

name your star and apply.

back to psp click on your picture tube look for tiny star

settings on scale90 step18.

Highlight your 1st tag frame add as many stars to the top half

of the mask behind the building.

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp repeat as for frame1 to your tag frames 2 and 3

copying and pasteing after current frame.

View animation save as.
