Supplies.
Banner...
Open banner template from my supplies.
Magic wand click in center resize paper2 paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard select none.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.
Open rain animation from supplies resize by 150
edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of template
edit select all edit paste in selected frame.
Leave aside for now, we will come back to it later.
Back to psp undo select none.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to left
of template drop shaddow delete on keyboard.
Open center banner paste as new layer on top of left tube
neck and top of shoulder.
Copy paste tube as new layer to right of template on top
of center banner. delete on keyboard Duplicate
on original tube add gussian blur set on 5
on copy add drop shaddow and duplicate again.
Open banner frame from supplies paste as new layer place
on top of left tube under right tubes.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom center of tubes drop shaddow.
Close or delete paper background merge layers visable.
Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.
Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame on rain template
edit select all edit paste in selected frame.
It should just fit nicely if you dont move it after pasting.
If it moves undo and start again.
View animation save as.

Work exactly as you did on your banner.
Drag frame to top add 1st letter of name place
to bottom right of template.
When aniamting it undo the resize on the rain then resize
again to fit aviatar paper fill.
