File 650x700 resize later, fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable resize by 110 add psp weave effect.
Resize element2 paste as new layer magic wand
click in center selections modify exspand by5
resize paper of choice paste as new layer selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Resize element41 paste as new layer place top right
inside frame drop shaddow change opacity to50.
Resize element3 paste as new layer place on top of element41
Drop shaddow erase one so just 2 are showing duplicate move to
right center of frame erase so you only have 1 showing.
Resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer
drop shaddow place on top center of frame.
resize element8 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
bottom right of tube drop shaddow.
Resize element44 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
on top slightly right of element8.
Resize element5 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
to bottom left of frame.
Resize element33 paste as new layer drop shaddow place
on top bottom of element5.
Add urlcopyright and watermark.
Add name drop shaddow place on top bottom right of element 44 drop shaddow.
Crop resize Edit copy merged paste in animation shop
as a new image duplicate 9 times.
Open twink animation from my supplies resize by110.
Edit select all edit copy, highlight 1st frame of your tag
edit select all edit paste in selected frame place
in center of magic wand in tubes hand.
View animation save as.
