Supplies.
Open supplies in psp, open firework animation in animation shop.
Banner.
Open banner template in psp.
highlight frame layer magic wand click in center
paste paper of choice as new layer selections invert
delete on keyboard.
(I used the background that caomes with the tube
pasted on one side of template, duplicate placed on other side
merged these two layer visable then image flipped.)
Open and resize close up tube paste as new layer place
to left side of template drop shaddow delete on keyboard
select none change blendmode to luminance merge layers visable.
Open banner backgrounmd template.
Copy and paste banner template on to banner background.
Open and resize full tube of choice image mirror
paste as new layer on top place to right of template
duplicate on original add gussian blur on 5 on copy add
drop shaddow use selection tool cut overlapping of both
these tube layers at bottom of tubes duplicate top layer.
Copy and paste my wordart place to top center of template.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to center below wordart drop shaddow
edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image
duplicate 18 times.
Open firework animation resize to your own liking
edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of template
edit select all edit paste in selected frame place to your liking
add another firework, view animation save as.

Work as you did for your banner on a smaller scale.
Add 1st letter of your name place bottom right of template.
Before adding the one firework resize to your liking.
