File new 700x700x resize later fill with white.

New layer fill with blue add mask new from image

select and apply Montis mask merge visable add psp weave effect white.

Open the mask from my supplies paste as new layer in center of canvas

Highlight fill layer selections select all

 resize and paste paper1 selections invert delete on keyboard

delete fill layer select none.

Resize wrap 8 paste as new layer place on top bottom

of mask drop shaddow use deformation tool to make it fit in width.

Resize santa2 paste as new layer place top right of template drop shaddow.

Resize bear3 paste as new layer place bottom left

of santa drop shaddow.

Resize berrys 2 image mirror paste as new layer place

 to top right corner of mask drop shaddow. 

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of mask drop shaddow.

Resize Christmas tree1 paste as new layer place

to bottom right of mask drop shaddow.

Resize cookies and milk paste as new layer drop shaddpw

place left of tree.

Open wordart from my supplies paste as new layer

place to bottom of mask.

Add a few random tiny stars on top of tree.

Add name place on top left of santa add noise.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop and resize 650 pixels all layer ticked  delete white background

save as PNG.

I made an avatar to match ( optional )

Open avatar template from my supplies.

Paste paper1 as you did for the tag.

Resize tube add as you did on yout tag.

Add 1st. letter of your name place to bottom right of avatar.

Drag avatar frame to the top.

Save as PNG.

Hilight banner background open element29 paste as new layer

delete original banner background name this new layer banner background.

Resize element6 paste as new layer image mirror move

to right of template drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of template drop shaddow.

Resize element3 paste as new layer place to center

between tube and snowman drop shaddow.

Open wordart from my supplies paste as new layer

on top of element3.

Resize element1 paste as new layer place to bottom center

of element 3 drop shaddow.

Drag frame layer layer to the top then drag tube layer to the top.

Add name add flux drop shaddow place just under the xmas bells drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Close frame and tuibe layers.

Center tag and wordart.

Merge invisable white background and banner background

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 9 times.

Open snow from supplies resize 160 width edit select all

edit copy highlight 1st. frame of background

select all paste in selected frame.

back to psps hide merged layer open other layer

merge these layers visable edit copy

paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 9 times

edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of you tag

select all paste in selected frame.

View animation save as.

Work as for the banner on a smaller scale .

Add 1st. letter of your name place to bottom right

of template drop shaddow.
