Font of choice i used Satisfaction.
File new 650x650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize element 9 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard.
Drag below frame select none.
Use clone brush fill in any blank spaces showing under frame
Drop shaddow frame.
Resize element59 paste as new layer place between the holly
on frame repeat untill all have been added merge these layers
visable add EC gradient glow.
Resize element51 paste as new layer place to left center of frame drop shaddow.
Resize element 24 paste as new layer place bottom left
of frame drop shaddow.
Resize element 33 paste as new layer place on top bottom
left of element24 drop shaddow.
Copy and paste tube of choice place to bottom right of frame
drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom of tube add EC gradient glow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Crop and resize 650 pixels in width.
Highlight frame paper fill effects VM natural sparkle
change to 15 edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image
Back to psp repeat undoing sparkle then add sparkle
for another 3 times, shange setting increasing by 2 till you have
4 frames in animation shop, vew animation save as.
