Font of choice i used Inkster.
File new 650x700 resize later. Fill with white.
New layer paste paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize el 1 paste as new layer on top center of mask
magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by3
Paste el 7 as new layer resize till it fits in center of frame
drag below frame invert delete on keyboard select none
drop shaddow frame.
Open el 11 use selection tool cut around 1st wordart
copy paste as new layer drag below frame resize till it fits
all around the outer frame drop shaddow in gold.
Resize el 6 paste as new layer paste to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to right bottom of frame duplicate on original
add gussian blur on 5 on top tube add drop shaddow duplicate.
Resize el 21 paste as new layer place to bottom right
of tube drop shaddow use freehand tool draw around
wine part of bottle add psp noise on 100 drop shaddow.
Resize el 16 paste as new layer place to left bottom
of el 21 add bright noise as with the wine in the bottle
drop shaddow duplicate resize place on top right of el 16.
Resize el 2 paste as new layer place ro bottom center of
frame drop shaddow.
Resize el 5 paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame
drag on top of mask.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Crop resize 650 width delete white background.
Save as PNG.
