File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I added penta .com jeans to mine.

Resize frame1 colours grey scale paste as new layer

on top center of mask magic wand click in center resize

paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom frame

duplicate on original tube add gussian blur on 5

on copy of tube add drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element12 paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Resize element36 colours grey scale paste as new layer

place on top right of tube rotate drop shaddow.

Resize element39 paste as new layer place to bottom

right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element16 colours grey scale paste as new layer

place to bottom left of frame.

Resize element14 colours grey scale paste as new layer

place on top bottom of bucket drop shaddow duplicate

resize place bottom right of 1st. glass.

Resize element18 paste as new layer place on top bottom

left of mask duplicate place on top bottom of frame

drop shaddow both.

Resize wordart4 paste as new layer place bottom right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element26 paste as new layer place on top

left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element33 paste as new layer place on top bottom left

of mask drag to bottom center duplicate image mirror

drop shaddow both merge these layers visable.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place botttom right of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 with if needed.

Higlight merged layer of scttered stars effects

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation

hit random seed once edit copy paste in animation dhop

after current frame. Back to psp undo constalation add constaltion

in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.

File new 700x700 resize later fill with white.

New layer fill with colour of choice i used black and gold

then made a gradient from the black mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I added psp weave effect to mine.

Resize clock3 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Select all float resize bubble3 paste as new layer on top

of clock selections invert delete on keyboard, drop shaddow

both ways on 2.2.5.50 then -2 -2 5 50.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

right of clock duplicate on original add gussian blur

on top tube add drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize mask2 paste as new layer place on top of tubes hands

rotate slightl magic wand click in each eye hole on mask

new layer fill with colour of choice drag below mask drop shaddow mask.

Resize wordart2 paste as new layer place to top

of clock drop shaddow.

Resize balloon2 paste as new layer place to left top of clock

rotate slightly drop shaddow drag below clock.

Resize bells paste as new layer place on top bottom

of balloon drop shaddow.

Resize bucket image mirror paste as new layer place

on top bottom of bells drop shaddow.

Resize champagne glass1 paste as new layer place

0n top bottom right of bucket duplicate resize place

on top bottom right of 1st glass drop shaddow both glasses.

Resize candle4 paste as new layer place right

of small glass drag below this glass drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom center of clock drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 width all layers.

Use presets shapes tool colour black draw a thin line down

center of clock ending half way down the number 12 for the second finger.

Edit copy merged in animation shop as new image.

back to psp rotate 30 to the right move second finger

back in the center and on center of number1 used deformation tool

to straighten it and place it center of next number.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat rotating on 30- and moving to center of clock

for another 10 frames you should have 12 frames in all,

Your last rotation and move should end on number11.

Change animation properties to 100.

View animation save as.
