Font of choice i used times new vespasian.
File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour
of choice i used a gradient from yellow and black.
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize confetti paste as new layer place to top left
of mask duplicate image mirror Drop shaddow both.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer place on top center of mask
magic wand click in blank frames selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Paste close up tube in 1st,frame delete on keyboard
add tramages tow the line. repeat for the 3rd. frame.
select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize clock paste as new layer place top left corner
of 3rd.frame drop shaddow.
Resie tube of choice paste as new layer place center
of frame drop shaddow duplicate.
Resize champagne place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize cake paste as new layer place
on top right of champagne drop shaddow.
Resize drop ball paste as new layer place to bottom
of 3rd.frame drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place bottom center of tube i used
same gradient as above drop shaddow.
Crop delete white background.
Save as PNG.
