File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer magic wand click in center

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

invert delete on keyboard, drag below frame.

Open tube of choice image mirror resize paste as new layer

delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube again drag to top drop shaddow

erase overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Use preset shapes tool draw circle out side of frame

magic wand click in center resize pink chicken wire paste as new layer

invert delete on keyboard drag to bottom select none.

Resize purple doodl2 paste as new layer place

on top right of chicken wire drop shaddow duplicate

image mirror image flip place just underneath 1st doodle.

Resize purple flower paste as new layer place to top left of frame

drop shaddow duplicate place on top below 1st. flower.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of frame add EC gradient glow.

Crop resize all layers 650 pixel width delete

white background save as PNG.

mask new from image select and apply mask new layer

fill with red mask new from image select and apply mask

move this mask slightly so you have the two colours showing

merge both masks visable resize 110.

Resize luck house chip paste as new layer on top of masks.

Use freehand tool on point to point draw around center

of frame selections modify exspand by5 resize sky line paste as new layer

place to bottom of center frame drop shaddow drag below frame

select none magic wand click on all blank windows on sky line

modify exspand by1 new layer fill with colour of choice drag below sky line.

Resize twinkle lights paste as new layer place top left

duplicate image mirror image flip place to right select none.

Resize glitter paste as new layer on top of mask.

Copy and paste tube of choice olace bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize high roller sign paste as new layer place

to left of tubes feet drag under tube drop shaddow.

Resize aces and a chip paste as new layer place to bottom right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize diamonds paste as new layer place left of aces and chip

drop shaddow.

Resize hanging dice paste as new layer place to top

right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom of aces and chip add

EC gradient glow in red duplicate.

crop delete white white background.

Save as PNG.
