image mirror.Change blend mode to luminance.

Copy and paste close up tube as new layer center of template

Drag to top duplicate on original add gussian blur on 4

on top tube add drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name use fill from supplies place far right of template

rotate drop shaddow.

Highlight frame effects constalation add constalation

with setting from my supplies.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation

hit random seed once. Edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. Back to psp repeat constaltion again

hitting random seed just once. copy and paste as before

in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.

Open template from supplies.

Resize tube paste as new layer drop shaddow.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st. letter of name place top left of template drop shaddow.

Work as for banner constalation .

Save as.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice

mask new from image, select and apply mask, mere mask visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click inside of frame, selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Magic wand click in blank circle on frame modify

exspand by 5 new layer fill with colour of choice

select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Highlight paper fill of frame, resize tube of choice paste as new layer

place in center invert delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube again, align with bottom tube drop shaddow drag to top

cut or erase overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.

Paper layer again resize diamond trail paste as new layer

invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow.

Resize pendant paste as new layer place to left of frame

drop shaddow. Resize flower 3 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place on top of pendant.

Resize butterfly1 image mirror paste as new layer place

on top of flower pendant drop shaddow.

Resize double tags paste as new layer drop shaddow place

bottom right of frame, resize flower deco paste as new layer

on top of double tags drop shaddow.

Duplicate butter fly resize image mirror place on top flower decor.

Resize bow3 place bottom center of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top of double tags drop shaddow.

Crop resize all layers 650 pixel width delete white background.

Save as PNG.
