Method for filling template layers...

Highlight the layer your wanting to fill, new layer

fill with gradient or colour of choice delete original layer.

Layer 10 i added tramages tow the line effect.

Layer5 i added penta.com jeans effect.

The two stars i added psp weave effect and again on

layers 7 and 8.

layers 6 and 9 i used a gradient from 2 colours from my tube.

Layers 5 6 and 10 add EC gradient glow.

Add drop shaddows on other layers.

Highlight layer5 select all float paste close up tube

selections invert delete on keyboard.

Change blen mode to luminance.

Add full tube on top of all layers place to the right of template

drop shaddow duplicate.

Drop shaddow white shaddow on wordart.

Use magic wand click on all letters of haters and famous

Change the colour to your own liking.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top left of template rotate slightly

magic wand click on all letters add psp weave effect drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 pixels width delete white background.

Save as PNG.

File new 650x650, Fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image select

and apply mask merge mask visable add psp weave effect.

Resize as17 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste full tube as new layer place slightly

to the right of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize as34 paste as new layer on top of mask name it stars.

Resize as57 paste as new layer on top bottom left of mask

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize as44 paste as new layer on top left of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize as43 paste as new layer on top bottom right

of tube drop shaddow.

Use freehand tool piont to point draw around left leg of tube

copy paste on top of original tube leg align it up drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top right of tube drop shaddow.

crop resize 650 pixels width.

Highlight stars layer effect add constalation with setting in supplies.

Copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalatio add constalation

hit random seed once copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame, back to psp undo constalation add constalation

hit randsom seed once copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. View animation.

Save as.

Open banner template from supplies.

Highlight frame layer select all float resize tube of choice

image mirror if using same tube as me.

Copy paste as new layer place far left of banner drop shaddow.

Selections invert delete on keybaord drag below frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to right of banner rotate drag

 in bottom of corner drop shaddow.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Effects inset image effects use settings from supplies.

View animation save as.

Open template from supplies.

Work as for your banner resize layer as you go.

Add 1st.letter of name to to right of template.

Same for animation veiw animation save as.
