File 650x650 fill with white, new layerfill with colour of choice
i used a paper but gave it a greyscale.
Resize frame11 paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click in center selections modify
exspand by 5 paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame.
Copy and paste chicken wire13 paste as new layer
delete on keyboard drop shaddow select none.
drop shaddow frame.
Resize heart22 paste as new layer colourize place
center on top of chicken wire drop shaddow duplicate.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top bottom left
of frame drop shaddow use selection tool cut
off overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame duplicate.
Open punk wordart from supplies paste as new layer place
on top right of frame.
Resize lips29 grey scale paste as new layer place
top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Open diamond from supplies copy paste on top of diamonds
down right side of frame till all are pasted.
add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place top right of frame drop shaddow.
Crop resize 650 pixel width.
Delete white background
save as PNG.
