File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.
Resize Paper26.by75.Paste as new layer.
Mask new from image.Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.
Resize84.by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.Sharpen.
Magic wand.Click inside both window frames.Modify exspand by6.
Resize Paper2.by45.Image mirror.Paste as new layer to left of frames.
Invert, hit delete.Drag below 84.
