Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.50.5. Black.
File new 650 x650. Fill with white.
Copy and paste Paper20. as new layer.
Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.
Resize Frame16.by50. Paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand, click in center of frame, modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper 29.by45. Paste as new layer.
Invert, hit delete, select none. Drag below frame.
Resize Frame6.by50. Paste as new layer on top frame16.
Drop shaddow both frames.
Resize full tube by50. Paste as new layer on top bottom center of frames. Drop shaddow.
Resize102.by25. Paste as new layer on top of tubes hands. Drop shaddow.
Erase parts of flower to show fingers.
Resize7.by25. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of mask. Drop shaddow.
Resize27.by15. Paste as new layer on top of teddy's head.
Drop shaddow. Erase small parts of the ears showing.
Resize 3.by25. Paste as new layer on top of tubes shoulder. Drop shaddow.
Resize59.by20. Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tube. Drop shaddow.
Resize115.by35. Paste as new layer on top center of frames. Drop shaddow.
Resize57.by15. Paste as new layer on top right of7 and below tubes hand. Drop shaddow.
Add URL Copyright and Licence number.
Add name bottom center of tube. Drop shaddow.
Delete white background. Save as PNG.
