File new 650x650. Fill with white.
Resize Paper39.by75.Copy and paste as new layer.
Mask new from image.Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.
Resize Frame16.by55.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand, click in center of frames.Modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper35.by55.Copy and paste as new layer.
Invert, hit delete, drag below frames.Selct none.
Magic wand click inside right frame, modify exspand by5.
Resize close up tube by40. Paste as new layer, drag below frame.
Drop shaddow frame.Select none.
Resize full tube by40.Copy and paste as new layer on top left of frame.
Drop shaddow.Erase small part of left leg.
