select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click in centre

modify exspand by2 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame add weave effect.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer 0n top of 1st. frame

just outside of it magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.

Drop shaddpw both frames.

Resize tunbe of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow use selection tool

cut overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Resize blarneystone paste as new layer place to bottom left

corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Open wordart from supplies edit copy paste as new layer

place on top of bottom of frame and blarney stone.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place to top left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bottlecap2 paste as new layer place on top

of flower drop shaddow.

Resize balloon3 paste as new layer place on top left corner

of 1st.frame drop shaddow rotate drop shaddow.

Resize horseshoe paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.

resize clip1 paste as new layer place on top right corner

of frame drop shaddow rotate erase part of clip so it looks

like it is clipped on the frame.

Add name down right side of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

delete white background merge layers visable.Resize crop.

Save as PNG.

drop shaddow erase parts of tube at bottom of frame

and sides you do not want to show see mine for details.

Resize hanging flower paste as new layer place

down left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cream flower paste as new layer place to top

right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate resize place

on top beneath 1st flower duplicate resize place

on top left of 1st. flower.

Add wordart place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Highlight layer your wanting to fill selections all selections

float selections defloat fill with paper of choice delete original layer.

Method for filling with colour only...

Same method as above but make a new layer before filling.

Highlight top left frame paper fill magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none paste tube again drag above frame

line it up with first tube drop shaddow used selection tool

cut away overlapping tube at the botton of frame.

Repeat as above for the bottom right frame.

Resize bow5 paste as new layer place

to bottom of top left frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow4 paste as new layer place to bottom

right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cross1 paste as new layer place inside

top right frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize skull3 paste as new layer place inside bottom left

frame drop shaddow image mirror.

Add a few little stars on top of paper in bottom right frame.

Add effects to layers to your own liking see mine for details.

Drop shaddow all layers.

Use preset shapes tool draw ellipse around tag see

labels help tuts how to do an ellipse.

Add wordart to ellipse inner bevel dropshaddow.

I have a gap in mine then rotated it to the left till the gap was hidden.

Add name place to left of bottom right frame

inner bevel and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
