Open template highlight bottom layer new layer fill with white.

Method for filling layers.

Highlight layer your wanting to fill select all float

new layer fill with colour of choice delete original layer.

Layer3 i added tramages tow the line.

Layer2 i added psp weave effect.Raster3and1 layers11 and 25

added psp noise set on 100.

Raster4 added psp blinds effect.

Raster6 added psp weave, drop shaddow all layers.

Highlight copy of raster1 select all float

paste tube of choice selections invert delete on keyboard.

Change blend mode to luminance.

Paste main tube with car on top center of template

drop shaddow duplicate.

Add gradient glow to all wordart.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name text size i used 14 place on top of number plate

on the car use deformation tool to adjust to fit drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 pixels all layers ticked.

Delete white background save as PNG.

Open template delete credit layer.

Method for filling template layers.

Highlight layer your wanting to fill selections select all

float new layer fill with colour of choice delete original layer select none.

Repeat as above for the text and wordart layers.

Raster 2 i used two colours of blue made the darker blue

a gradient angel 45. repeat 4. Radial gradient.

Raster6 i added tramages tow the line on default change 1st, control to 80.

Copy of vector1 and rasyer6 i added psp noise on 100.

Copy of vector1 i added an inner bevel and gradient glow.

Glamorous wordart i added gradient glow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top center

of template drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of template drop shaddow.

crop resize by 650 pixel width. all layers ticked.

delete white background save as PNG.
