Wordart font Valentina JFFont i used for my name Cupid de Locke.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask duplicate merge both masks visable.

Resize fram4 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart box3 paste as new layer place

right bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Resize present17 paste as new layer place

on top right of box3 drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant15 paste as new layer place

on top of bow on frame drop shaddow.

Add wordart place top center of frame on top of paper fill

Add EC gradient glow.

Resize key18 paste as new layer image mirror place

to bottom of wordart drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Crop delete white background.

Save as PNG.

Filter.dsb flux bright noise.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize deco heart3 paste as new layer on top center

of mask drop shaddow.

Open full tube paste as new layer place to left

of heart drop shaddow.

Resize letter paste as new layer place on top bottom right

of heart drop shaddow rotate slighty to the right.

Resize wine paste as new layer place to right

of letter drop shaddow.

Resize stemmed rose paste as new layer rotate

drop shaddow place on top of letter duplicate resize

place on top beneath other rose.

Resize box2 paste as new layer place on top bottom

of roses drop shaddow.

Add wordart place to top of heart.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom right of tube.

Crop resize 650 pixels in width all layers ticked.

Highlight mask layer add noise on 80 edit copy merged

 paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo noise add noise on 90 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise add noise on 100 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
