File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard i gave mine a weave effect.

select none drag below frame layer.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by2 resize tube paste as new layer image mirror

move slightly to the left. drop shaddow frame.

paste tube of choice place to right of frame drop shaddow. Resize flower1 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of flower1 drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place on top of

flower 1 resize again. drop shaddow.

Resize butter fly2paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow image mirror rotate.

Resize heart paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle paste as new layer place

just underneath heart drop shaddow duplicate

place on top left of first candlw resize.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow3 paste as new layer on top of bow2

make it smaller than bow 2 drop shaddow.

Open MP3 frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 new layer fill with colour or

gradient of choice selections invert delete

on keyboard drag below MP3 layer

Resize heart lock paste as new layer place

to top left corner rotate drop shaddow.

New layer add wordart dropshaddow.

Merge all layers visable.

Resize paste as new layer place

to right of candles drop shaddow rotate.

Add name place just underath bottom of tube drop shaddow

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as ne image duplicate 3 times.

Open candle flame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all edit paste

in selected frame repeat for the second candle.

View animation safe your work.
