Modify exspand by3,new layer,fill with #B66A1E.Drag below frame.
Add psp weave effect.2.9.7.colour both weave and gap #8A4C0F.Fill gaps ticked.
Highlight frame,magic wand,click in center.
Resize tube by120.image mirror.Paste as new layer,invert hit delete.
Change blend mode to soft light.
Highlight frame,add Wordart to top of frame.I used text Always In My Heart
