File new 650x650. Fill with white.
Copy and paste paper2.as new layer. Mask new from image,
select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Resize mask by120.Add psp weave 2.9.7.duplicte.
Resize element6.by75.paste as new layer .Move to top left of canvas.
Magic wand, click in center of frame, modify exspand by2.
Resize paper11.by.45.Paste as new layer. invert hit delete.
move down so flower is bottom right of frame.Drag below frame. Select none.
Duplicate frame ,image mirror, move to bottom right of canvas.
Magic wand click in center,of frame. Modify exspand by2.
Resize paper1.by45.Paste as new layer. Invert hit delete.
Drag below frame, Select none. Drop shaddow both frames.
Resize full tube by75.Paste as new layer on top right bottom frame, drop shaddow.
Resize Element3.by60.Paste as new layer, image flip,image mirror.
Move down right side on top of mask, drop shaddow. Duplicate image mirror,
move on top bottom left of mask.
Resize element2 by30.Paste as new layer inside top frame.
Sharpen unsharpen mask, drop shaddow.1.1.50.5.
Resize element4.by25.Paste as new layer on top bottom leaves, drop shaddow.
Duplicate image mirror,move on top bottom of top right leaves.
Resize element16 by30.Paste as new layer top left of top frame. Drop shaddow.
