Resize 10 paste as new layer on top of mask.

select none drag below frame.I gave mine a black blinds effect.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click inside each diamond

of outer frame selections modify exspand by2

Change colours to red and wine then a gradient

new layer fill with the gradient selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click centre open close up tube

resize image mirror paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

modify exspand by1 paste paste curtain1 as new layer selections

delete on keyboard drag below frame and on top of tube

drop shaddow layer palette change blend mode of tube to luminance.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place to

left to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize star trail1 paste as new layer image flip place

to top left on top of mask drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize star chain1 paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place on top star chain drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly1 paste as new layer place on top of flower

drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize bow3 paste as new layer place to bottom centre

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tag2 paste as new layer place just underneath star chain

drop shaddow rotate add name red shop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight red diamond outer frame

add noise on 50 edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image

back to psp undo noise add noise on60 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise add noise on70 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save your work.
