New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask.

Merge mask layer visable.

I gave mine some natural sparkle plugin.

Resize 2 paste as new layer on top of mask selection

magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer select none.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

resize close up tube paste as new layer drop shaddow

selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer select none.

Drop shaddow frame layer.

Resize heart button19 paste as new layer place

to top left inside frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow20 paste as new layer place

to bottom centre of frame dropshaddow.

Resize keys40 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize shabby love wordart paste as new layer place to top right of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame bow drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background.

Merge all other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
