File new 600x650 fill with white.

Resize frame42 paste as new layer magic wand

click in center selections select all selections modify

exspand by5 paste image1 from your tube if using same tube as me.

Selections invert delete on keyboard.

Resize image4 paste as new layer align with the tubes

on image1 use selection tool cut off overlapping at the bottom

drop shaddow both this layer and frame layer.

Resize heart pendant77 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame dropshaddow.

Resize flower trail36 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Highlight frame duplicate resize 110 drag below 1st frame

effects blur motion blur set on angle315 40 pixels

Add a noise set on50.

Add name place to top slightly right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize delete background.

Add copywrite and watermark.

Image add border set on 2 colour from your tube

image add another border set on 2 another colour from your tube.

Resize again 200 width pixel size all layers checked.

Save as PNG.

Banner...

file new 600x200.

Repeat as for your tag without the frame.

Avatar...

File new 150x150.

Repeat as for your tag and banner on a smaller scale.

The heart pendant goes under your tube layer.

Add the first letter of your name to bottom right

corner of frame.
