File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize frame2 colourize paste as new layer place center of canvas.

Magic wand click inside each small inner triangles of frame

modify exspand by4 new layer fill with colour of choice 

drag below frame highlight frame magic wand click in center of frame

modify exspand by4 paste paper of choice invert delete

on keyboard select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize sparkle1 paste as new layer drag below frame.

Resize chart2 paste as new layer place top right corner of frame

 drop shaddow drag below frame.

Open full tube paste as new layer place left of frame

duplicate on original blur on 5 on top tube drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize chart1 paste as new layer place center inside frame

add EC gradient glow.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer on top of chart1 drop shaddow.

Resize pin2 paste as new layer place to top inner of frame

rotate erase small part of pin drop shaddow.

Resize case3 paste as new layer place to bottom right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ekgreadout1 paste as new layer place bottom

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize otoscope1 paste as new layer image mirror

place on top right of case3 drop shaddow.

Resize pills1 paste as new layer place on top bottom left

of case3 drop shaddow.

Resize flask1 paste as new layer place on top right

of pills drop shaddow.

Resize bandaids1 paste as new layer place on top left of pills drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Delete white background save as PNG.
