File new 700x700 resize later fill with white.

Resize window frame use selection tool to cut off icicles

Resize icicles element select all selections float new layer

fill with white delete original layer add inner bevel

paste to top and center window frames merge window

and both icicles layers visable.

magic wand click in the blank window panes modify exspand by5

new layer fill with blue add Murahas Meisters clouds on white for clouds

select none drag below drop shaddow frame.

Resize man in moon paste as new layer place on top

right window frame fill drop shaddow.

Resize gingerbread banner paste as new layer place

to top of window frame drop shaddow.

Resize ginger bread men paste as new layer place

top center of gingerbread banner drop shaddow.

Resize holly paste as new layer place one at each end

of gingerbread banner drop shaddow.

Resize fairy lights paste as new layer place to center of

window frame drop shaddow.

Resize pendant hanger 27 paste as new layer place to top center

of window frame drag below fairy lights drop shaddow.

Resize ornament15 paste as new layer place to bottom center

of window frame drop shaddow.

Resize bells decor paste as new layer place to right end of

ornament15 drop shaddow.

Resize candle paste as new layer place bottom right center

of window frame drop shaddow.

Resize xmas tree paste as new layer place to bootom left

of window frame drop ahddow Add as many tiny stars as you like on top
place them on the tree candles and snowflakes.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place bottom right of frame

drop shaddow drag below ornament15.

Add name place bottom right of tree add EC gradient glow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop resize 650 pixels width.
Close all layers but leave the window background and white background open
merge these layer visable edit copy paste in animation shop as new image
duplicate 9 times. Open snow animation resize 160 pixels width
edit select all edit copy hight 1st. frame of tag edit select all edit paste
in selected frame back to psp close mreged layer open all other layers
merge visable edit copy paste in animation shop as new image
duplicate 9 times edit select all edit copy highlight 1st. frame of tag
edit select all edit paste in select frame view animation. 

Save as PNG.
