File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper6

mask new from image select and apply mask.

 merge mask visable.I resized mine by110.

Resize frame2 from the bunnuy hop kit paste as new layer

on top center of mask. this is the only element i used from bunny hop.

Magic wand click in all the blank holes around frame

selections modify exspand by2 new layer

fill with colour from your tube drag below frame select none.

 Magic wand click in center

selections modify exspand by5 resize paper2

paste as new layer drag below frame select none.

drop shaddow frame.

Resize happy easter wordart paste as new layer place top right

inside frame drop shaddow.

Resize brad2 colourize to compliment your tube

paste as new layer beneath brad2 drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer

on top left of frame duplicate add gussian blur on 4

drag below first tube then add drop shadow on 1st tube.

Resize petals2 paste as new layer place top right

of frame drop shaddow. duplicate colourize another colour

drag on top bottom of 1st.petal.

Crop resize 650 pixels width.

Add url copy and watermark.

add name place to bottom tube add an inner bevel then

EC gradient glow.

highlight the holes layer you filled on the frame

duplicate twice name 1.2.and3.

Close 2 and 3 highlight layer1 add tiny star to3 holes

edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp close layer1 highlight later2 add 3 tiny stars

again to another 3 holes.edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. Back to psp close layer2

highlight layer3 add tiny star tot rest of holes showing

on your frame, edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame.

View animation, save as.
