Font of choice i used Centime.

Open template image resize 650 pixels width all layers ticked.

Method for filling template layers...

Highlight the layer your wanting to fill select all float

new layer fill with colour of choice, delete original layer.

When filling with a paper no need for a new layer

paste paper as new layer invert delete on keyboard

select none delete original layer.

I added a noise to my two center frames.

All 4 strips layers i added psp weave effect.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place bottom

of strip3 Xero Porcelian default drop shaddow.

Lower opacity so you can see where to erase overlapping

of tube at the bottom.

Highlight top left fram select all float open tube image mirror

paste as new layer place top left of frame invert

 delete on keyboard select none.

Reoeat sam for bottom right frame.

Drop shaddow layers.

I added gradient glow on giggles wordart.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom left of template add gradient glow.

Delete white background. Save as PNG.
