Penta.com dot and cross.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click inside frame, selections select all

selections modify exspand by5.

Resize paper of choice paste as new layer delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer.

Open close tube image mirror paste as new layer

delete on keyboard add Penta.com dot and cross.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize sprinkle paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Resize pin2 paste as new layer place

top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize chair paste as new layer place bottom left

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize crown paste as new layer rotate slightly

place on top center of chair drop shaddow.

Resize keys paste as new layer place on top left arm

of chair drop shaddow rotate to left slightly.

Resize feather image rotate paste as new layer place

on top center of chair rotate slightly drop shaddow.

Copy and paste main tube on top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bouquet paste as new layer place on top of 

the hand of tube rotate slightly right drop shaddow

erase small part of stem so it looks like she is holding them.

 Resize wordart1 paste as new layer place

to top of frame drop shaddow 1-1-30-5.Crop if needed.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom center of frame

drop shaddow as above.

Delete white background save as PNG.
