File new 650x250 fill with white.

Copy and paste your tube of choice, effects Murahs Meister coppies

paper rotate, blur gussian set on 4.

Reflection effects kaleidoscope default edge henhance.

dsb spider web, enhance.

Copy and paste your close up tube as new layer place

to left side of template change the mode to screen duplicate image mirror.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place in center of template drop shaddow.

Change your colour pallet to purple and black then make the black a gradient.

Preset shape tool rectangle set on width5.

Draw narrow rectangle use the gradient only about 2cm in select none.

add psp noise set on uniform 100 then add Eye candy white gradient glow.

Drag your center tube to the top.

Highlight your white background select all float modify contrast 5

invert new layer fill with the same gradient you used for your rectangle select none

Drag to top and add psp noise as above the EC gradient glow.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place to bottom left of template add EC gradient glow.

Crop apaque save as PNG.

Add 1st. letter of name place to bottom right of template.
