File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer magic wand click in all blank spaces

selections modify exspand by3 resize paper of choice

paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Resize lace paste as new layer i made mine bigger drag to bottom.

Resize crows paste as new layer place inside left of frame

Image mirror use selection tool draw around bottom right crow

edit copy then cut paste as new layer place top of other crows.

Highlight paper fill on frame select all float resize fog

paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none.

Resize tree2 paste as new layer place top left on top of paper fill

duplicate image mirror duplicate move to bottom right duplicate

image mirror erase parts you do not want showing

at bottom left of frame.

Resize cross paste as new layer place center left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place to bottom right of tube drop shaddow.

delete white background save as PNG.
