VM Natural sparkle.

Murahs Meister coppies cloud.

Font of use i used Of Wildflowers and Wings.

Open template delete credits and layers copy of raster5 and 6.

Resize all layers 650 pixel width.

Method for filling layers...

Highlight layer your wanting to colour select all float

new layer fill with colour to compliment your tube

select none delete original layer.

Raster1 i added psp blinds effect.

Raster7 i added psp weave effect.

Copy of raster7 i added Penta dot cross.

Resize tube of choice i mirror imaged mine paste as new layer

drag to top move to bottom right of template add a heavy drop shaddow.

Drop shaddow Wanna be mine wordart.

Add an inner bevil to Trick or treat wordart then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place to top ;eft of template drop shaddow.

Highlight raster3 selections select all float new layer

fill with sky blue Murahs Meister clouds change colours to own choice

 select none delete original layer.

back on clouds layer add VM Natural sparkle default settings

Just change max size to your own liking.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo sparkle add sparkle again change max

again copymerged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp repeat one more time and change max number

copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
